Administer your in-tray and organize your contacts list for your email messages.

Cobian Herald is a program with which you can administer the in-tray and email addresses in your email manager. The main function of Cobian Herald is to create contacts lists for your messages, letting you send a message to various destinations at the same time, without having to write all the addresses, instead by grouping them all together.

With this tool you can create as many account groups as you think necessary, with different contacts for each one, depending on the subject of the email you´re sending. Once you´ve created it, you can add new contacts or remove existing ones without problems. But, if you prefer for security reasons you can also block the account so no-one can add or remove destinations.

You can configure Cobian Herald to review the in-tray every set amoount of time and check if any of your destinations have responded via one of the account groups. You can also create different folders to redirect arriving messages, depending on who sent them. Cobian Herald has a simple interface where you can configure the data of your email account easily, and adjust a series of options to your taste, like modifying your contacts list, or sending personalized messages, etc.
